I was impressed enough that I will probably use them as my primary care and PCP.
I had 2 rounds of testing done over a period of 4 months and got billed from quest diagnostics for both of them. I called months ago in regards to the first set of test, totaling $1300, and they said they would take care of it. Recently I started receiving phone calls from quest for the old test and the new! They were going to send it to collection! I called the Fort Worth office responsible for this and they acted like they were clueless as to how this works leaving me to call around and handle it. I have been to this clinic twice and they were super helpful. My doctor Brian was very hands on and went the extra mile to help me. The front office is super nice and I beleive Pat the office manager is spektacular. I am not a big fan of going to the doctors office but they made me feel comfortable and at ease.
I was extremely happy with both the staff and Dr Gorden. I would absolutely recommend this office!
