I had an Art Touch coloring done and they literally burned my hair. When wet, it turns rubbery and feels destroyed. The back was over-processed, while the sides came out much more orange. After the coloring, the stylist applied a toner which at first made the color difference less noticeable. But after the very first wash, the toner almost completely washed out, and my hair turned into three different colors: dark brown at the roots, orange on the sides, and white in the middle.
