My mom was on hospice with Luminary for 12 days, and in that short time, they made an extraordinary impact on our family. The bedside presence was incredible. Their expertise in managing pain gave us such peace, but it was their compassion, gentleness, and the dignity they gave my mom in her final days that meant the most. My family and I are so glad we chose Luminary to care for our Dad ,Ron, until the end. The entire team was exceptional. As each team member came they became part of our family. My family is blown away by the care my mom is receiving from Luminary in Columbus. Our Nurse, Heidi, is amazing and takes time to explain everything to us in detail whenever needed. Never seems to mind at our millions of questions and what may be next. The Social Worker, Courtney, has been so helpful in providing resources and assisting us with caregiver options and direction in relation to our own well-being. The staff at Luminary Hospice is truly exceptional. Every member of my Dad’s care team was incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, understanding, and professional. I have never met a more genuine and caring team. I am incredibly grateful for the love and respect they showed my Dad and for being there for my family every step of the way.
