The sales rep Linda is great and I actually signed to reserve a lot at Luminary but ended up not moving forward because of the in house financing/loan program. The rate the loan officer quotes you is not competitive especially when compared to other builders and that makes a big difference in your payment.
I had the best experience with Tri Pointe Homes and the amazing staff at Luminary at Outlook. I felt supported at every step along the way through the home buying process, and afterwards as well. Everything was upfront, and transparent throughout the process. I really felt that Tri Pointe had our best interests in mind! The community here is so kind, and we are so grateful. Our home build quality has been great. We are excited to see how this area continues to grow!
👎👎👎👎👎Unreliable and Full of Hidden Fees for any kind of changing, I had a truly disappointing experience with this horrible company. The policies are incredibly disorganized and lack transparency. they have no regard for the customer’s needs.
The houses are coming along pretty well.
