Luminalt came out to repair corroded wires that was impacting our getting power from our panels. Kayla helped to set up an appointment that was convenient and the team that came out to do the repairs were courteous, efficient and not disruptive. Since the repairs we have had days (days!) of 99% power from our solar! Thank you, Luminalt!
10/10 Luminalt was great to work with for installing solar panels on the pitched roof of our home and battery storage in our garage! From initial assessment, to planning, to installation, to app setup, they answered our myriads of questions and were never pushy - always super professional. We messaged several solar installers for quotes, and Luminalt was prompt in their reply, as well as honest, and very knowledgeable. They definitely stood out from the rest and for good reason. I did 2 projects with Luminalt Solar - Rooftop panels in 2021 and a Tesla battery in 2026. These guys know their stuff and provide excellent customer service and efficient project management. I had a ton of questions related to the contract and install and everyone with whom I interacted was super friendly, knowledgeable and excited about solar!
In January this year I discovered that my NEM2 application from three years ago was still active and Luminalt helped me install a 5kw solar system system (no battery) and get it approved ahead of the April deadline. The team is extremely knowledgeable, they have done hundreds of successful installs in SF and know the permitting process and the building department inspectors personally to get things done quickly.
