This was as good an experience as we could have hoped for—and then some. The Luminalt team bent over backwards to work around our city inspector’s requirement for a major electrical upgrade before they could replace our aging 2009 solar system. I'm so happy I reached out to Luminalt! We have a large solar set up on my shop and it wasn't working. The company that installed it went out of business an we have been stuck in limbo. I reached out to Luminalt, got connected to Kayla and she set up an inpsection and got us going in the right direction! We purchased our solar panel array (13 panels) from Luminalt who also installed it - now 10 years ago. The inverter started issuing 'electric arc fault' messages about a year ago throwing the system off line.They were able to correct it at the time. Then toward the end of '25 the inverter issues multiplied to the point that it was felt it needed to be replaced. To their credit Luminalt was able to get that done days before the warranty expired.
