Contacted Luminaire and Damian was very helpful. He wasn't available for immediate service but he was very honest and upfront and encouraged me to go with someone else if I could get faster service for my issue. We did make a backup appointment in case I wasn't able to find anyone, and his quoted price was very reasonable. He also helped put me in touch with someone he recommended for a related service. I appreciated the honesty and great customer service, and will definitely keep Luminaire in mind for future needs!
