I've lived in Tacoma for decades and have rarely found a professional hair care and stylist who truly cared about and understood different families of curly hair. Coretha Steele is the real deal. She is professional and passionate about her work. She has decades of experience with curly hair. And she is dedicated to teaching and empowering our community's youth to love their hair and to help others do so as well. She made my daughter feel seen, heard and beautiful. You will love her!
Over priced
I always receive quality work from Coretha. Anytime I get braids or natural hairstyles, it always turns out amazing. She's one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and will make you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
We called to get our daughter an appointment to get help with her damaged/dried out curls. We got squeezed in last minute for a consult and had a great experience. Coretha the owner and one of her girls looked at our daughter’s hair and sent a step by step recommendation for routine. The consult was FREE and they took their time. We already booked an appointment to come back and get her hair braided! Customer service is exceptional.
It was amazing I loved the workers they were funny pretty and sweet I highly recommend them they truly understand hair amazing communication amazing people it’s just wow I am so excited to come back
