agree with review about Simone butun unfortunately when I saw her about a year or two ago. Also read out a questionnaire with 500 questions with yes/no answers to me during our appointment which ultimately ended up taking most of our time. Such a waste of an expensive appointment, every other professional I’ve been to will give you questionnaires to complete in your own time. Beautiful new practice that Ms Butun and colleagues have set up. This is no small plus; to help neurodiverse patients such as myself. It really is aesthetically pleasing, quite an inspiration. Horrific service, had Simone Butun, who I found insensitive and disheartening. She was fifteen minutes late to start first session, and made sure- as they do, finished on time. Also very prompt in taking payment at the end. Doubt I know anyone that answers phone calls during a meeting in general, yet alone during a one on one with someone who is vulnerable and fragile.
