Extremely friendly and accommodating staff who have a plethora of knowledge about skincare and iv drips. They give a no pressure, all facts and info type of consult so you really know and feel like you can make an educated decision about which treatment you want to proceed with. I recently had an Ultherapy treatment paired with Aerolase at Lumina Spa, administered by Nurse Rochelle Nubla, and I wanted to share my experience. From the start, Rochelle made me feel at ease. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and explained every step of the procedure, which helped calm my nerves. Ultherapy can be a bit uncomfortable due to the nature of the ultrasound energy, but Rochelle checked in with me frequently and adjusted things to keep the discomfort to a minimum.
