Dr Emmy is very knowledgable and helpful. You can trust on her for your dentistry needs. But rating a 3 for front desk staff. They called me to confirm my appointment and I asked if they can check my new insurance to make sure I can still go here. They told me they couldn’t until I came into the office. I drove more than 30 minutes just for them to see my insurance card and immediately say no they can’t help me. They didn’t even try to be helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this office. I am not very trusting of dentists and feel safe and well taken care of here. I use to work in the area but now drive 30 minutes for my appointments and it’s totally worth the drive. So grateful for Dr. Emmy Le.
I’m very happy with the dental work I had. Dentist and staff are great! I was able to make a same day appointment with an emergency. I highly recommend Lumina dental office.
