Lease take over paperwork wasn't done accurately (even after almost 40 emails back/forth with the office staff) - we still have incorrect tenants, vehicles & pets listed on our lease. Months to have a maintenance request addressed (exposed wiring by front door & light switches not working). Children in the complex are horrible - leave trash everywhere, scream curse words, jump on residents vehicles, throw rocks/sticks at vehicles, break glass in stairwells (which took maintenance 3 attempts to fully clean up). My husband and I lived here in 2016 for two years then came back in 2020 because at the time we couldn’t bet the price.The complex has gone very down hill. I currently live at Lumina apartments and have continued disappointment in the staff. First, We had our apartment hallway floor (main way to access bathroom/ bedroom) fall apart underneath us due to wet floor boards from lack of Lumina cleaning our building dryer air ducks (which the contractor told us was the cause). Everything was going pretty well with my experience at Lumina Apartments (some vandalism, some stolen packages, par for the course for the area), but they recently hired a towing company to enforce their parking policy. Ordinarily, I'm fine with this as there is a shortage of available parking spaces in the complex. However, since there is no notification process in place and the policy is zero-tolerance, mix-ups can happen. In my case, my car was stolen out of the parking lot. Thankfully it was subsequently recovered by po... read more

Great Staff
Friendly staff and beautiful complex. Small problem with vandalism though
My husband and I enjoy living at Lumina. Office staff is very polite and kind. Complex is quiet, neighbors are friendly. Any issues we have had were resolved very quickly. We would highly recommend.
