Moving into Lumina was a breeze thanks to Ryan, our leasing agent. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly — including making sure we had our keys on move-in day and did a full walk through of the unit. He’s been incredibly responsive, helpful, and a clear communicator throughout the whole process. The building itself is beautiful with top-notch amenities that really elevate the living experience. Highly recommend Lumina — and if you get the chance to work with Ryan, even better!
My boyfriend & I have been at Lumina for a little over a week now but we have loved every bit of it so far! Our unit is so spacious and beautiful. The balcony is a major plus. The amenities are great especially free parking. Ryan has been so helpful and responsive throughout our move in, he’s been there to answer any questions we’ve had. It’s also cool that management does so many fun things in the clubhouse. Overall we are really loving Lumina so far!
This is a review of both Lumina and Ryan L. I’ve been very satisfied with my experience living at Lumina so far. The complex is well-maintained and offers a great balance of location, amenities, and value. Service tickets are addressed quickly, which has made the transition smooth and stress-free.
