Faith, who works in maintenance, has gone above and beyond in helping us out! We called maintenance to help us fix our dryer and he hopped right on it and was able to get us a replacement in a day! He has a positive attitude and was extremely helpful! Very much appreciate his help with resolving our issues.
I’ve lived at Lumina for over 3 years now. It’s a great place to live! The people who work here are wonderful…the facilities are very well maintained…the people that live here are courteous and friendly…it’s quiet and perfectly located with beautiful river views!!! I am extremely happy here and have no plan to leave!
I lived at Lumina for 3 years and it was such a great experience especially moving to Conshohocken for work without knowing anyone! From the start the staff was incredible in making me and my pup feel welcome, secure, and happy, and a HUGE shout out to Ryan for always going above and beyond! Whenever I had a concern or question he always acted efficiently and with amazing communication and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend Lumina more for anyone looking to move to Conshohocken!

I have been living at Lumina for nearly three years and continue to have an amazing experience. The management team is responsive and kind, and the maintenance team is extraordinarily helpful with requests filled seemingly as soon as I submit them! The assistant property manager, Ryan, was instrumental in my decision to live here and continues to make it great.
