Pros: - pet friendly - everyone gets a balcony - good location - Maintenance is very responsive and fast to address issues - Front office staff is always friendly and nice to chat to (especially Ryan!) Cons: - Only reason I knocked points off is that in the 100 building there is an ongoing issue with the fire alarm that was a pain during our time at Lumina. Lumina was home to me for seven years! When I moved in, I had just left a TERRIBLE rental situation and I wasn't sure I could find a place that was safe and well cared for by an honest landlord. Lumina proved me wrong. As a person with a mold allergy, I worried about water intrusion or deferred maintenance issues that could lead to bigger problems. I traveled to Conshohocken with my daughter to help her find a great apartment. We looked at a few complexes, and then arrived at Lumina to check it out. Even though it was late in the day, Assistant Property Manager Ryan Lister invited us in to his office, chatted with us and then graciously gave us a complete tour and showed us a beautiful apartment.
