Horrendous. I tried the dip powder hoping that it would last me long enough for Christmas, a cruise I had right after and New Years. During the service the lady doing my nails started filing my nails in a coffin shape when I asked for square. I asked her to stop and shape it square thinking she didn’t understand me and instead she gave me attitude and kept filing it the way she wanted. This was the worst mani/pedi I ever had. The technician was very rough,slow and kept yawning. He constantly looked out the window even while cutting my cuticles. He put so much polish on my nails and on the skin that it wouldn't dry. I had to remove the polish when I got home. I will never use the salon again. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I do not feel it is a sanitary environment and it needs to be checked.

I scheduled an appointment and never was seen waited for about 30 min with no communication given. The customer service is terrible. I later called requested a manager and non was available. I will not be going back. Bad customers service .
Probably THE most sanitary and immaculately kept nail salon I have visited in AGES...highly recommend.
Hands down (pun intended) the most posh nail salon. From the elegant atmosphere to the hospitable service to the professional nail technicians, everything is top notch. Mimi gave me a phenomenal Pedicure and Gel Manicure. Coffee, tea, or water was offered as soon as I walked in and everyone went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable. I sat in the chair overlooking the waterfall outside and felt like I was at a spa resort. Take advantage of their weekly specials!
