First off, I can't stress enough how awesome the staff at Lumiere are! To say they go the extra mile to address any issue or request is an understatement. Every one, nurses, techs, and administration have a degree of empathy that is unparalleled. Also, a lot of the staff are in recovery themselves so they literally have walked that mile in my shoes. This is the kind of place to bring someone you love struggling with addiction. My time spent in this facility was met with genuine care and genuine treatment provided by genuine people. I picked this detox on the same basis i would pick a sponsor, i looked for a place that had what i wanted. Thank you lumiere.
Above and beyond my expectations. I have never experienced an more professional and caring facility in the recovery industry then I have at Lemiere. My needs were meet at the highest level. All the staff have been so kind and considerate. Clients moral was tremendously hopeful and this is a direct correlation with the staff commitment to making the sick addict or alcohol feel comfortable. I would recommend Lumiere to above any other detoxification center!!!!!
I would recommend this place to anyone. It helped me get a start on my recovery and I'm thankful for the staff there. Sober since 4/28/15.
