The patient care specialists are extremely ill informed on the medications of the patients they are helping. I was without my medication for over a month due to the misinformation on their team. After over a month of constant phone calls to Lumicera, I was finally connected to 1 patient care specialist who actually cared enough to look further into the situation and get the correct information so that my medication could be shipped to me. I wish 0 stars was an option. They clearly don’t care about the patients. At least other pharmacies will make payment plans for those who can’t afford the crazy prices of specialty medicines
Great knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Lumicera!
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am 2 weeks past due for my medicine and all they do is give me the run around. They are not helpful, they mess up information & they don't care! I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone who has life or death medication they need! I would give them zero stars but that is not an option
