Update: they are still wonderful. They answered my text on a Saturday to recement a crown that popped out. It was reattached after careful scrutiny w xrays and exam. no issues. Bravo The dentists and surgeons are top notch. They do not push for unnecessary work and the billing staff pays close attention to your insurance coverage . Also, the hygenists are thorough. They are knowledgeable integrating diet, health, abd wellness. Reimbursement for expensive dental work is processed accurately which I have not always experienced... read more
LOVE Lumia Dental. I mostly saw Dr. Ali but when she was on medical leave, all of her colleagues were phenomenal. I was a client here for 6 years before moving away and would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, accommodating (you can even watch Netflix while they're working), professional dental practice. Thanks for all the great care, Lumia!!
I wish they didn't drop insurance plans in the middle of year when we're not allowed to change plans...I've gotten these notices two years in a row now and specifically changed insurance plans because they accepted it. Then only to find out a few weeks before my appointment that they no longer accept it...it definitely no longer feels like the Lumia I used to know. Still here two years in and still love Dr Han and Lumia, specially the cleaning here. Also great for kids, they have a cute dog that comes to cuddle with them.
Dr Lee and Hygienist Yanna are the best! Great first visit
