The hair spa is amazing! Lots of serums, shampoo, conditioner, steam, massaging, a face mask that included a face massage. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep! After it was all done, I was given a moment to change and escorted to a another room with vanity’s, blow dryers, brushes, and several hair products.

i had my head spa or hair spa. ohh she was so pushy for other services, i had to decline her offer too many times. she gets mad that i said no.

The lustrous pedicure was sub par in my opinion. I don’t go get pedicures for all of the lotions and scrubs. I really just want my cuticles and dried skin around my toenails cleaned up and that was barely even done. The timed massage (she even reminded me it’s only 6 minutes….even though I didn’t say anything) was just applying lotion to my legs and feet. Wonderful head, face, neck and arm massage with May. I received a Father's Day gift from my wife to go to Lumi Spa in Rocklin. She scheduled me for Lumi's Japanese Head Spa and the Detox Treatment (45 minute). It included a shampoo massage, scalp massage with warm oil and a face massage. Once at Lumi I also added the neck, shoulder and arm massage. May provided the services and did a great job. It was my first time getting a head and face massage and she let me know what she would be doing and asked if I had any preferences.... read more

I usually have positive experiences at Lumi, which is why today’s encounter was particularly disappointing. Tammy’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. When I was unable to hold my hand in a certain position due to a medical issue—which I should not have been required to explain—she responded with repeated sighs and eye rolls, making it clear she was frustrated.
