Although you make an appointment so you cannot be rushed, and they still rush you. Their service based on my experience was terrible. The nail technician I got had no experience whatsoever. The worst thing is that they overcharge you for a service not well made.
I made an appointment before going in, showed up about 20 minutes early, and was drying my nails after a pedicure. I asked the nail technician if I could get my eyebrows waxed, too. She referred me to the manager who told me no, because they were too busy. She said I could go to one of the other salons on Morris Park. She didn't even offer me to wait for an available technician (my mother was still in the middle of her mani/pedi). She just refused. This place has always been my go to for pedicures however this review is more for the male manicurist /owner working there. Please improve your communication between your staff and clients. If a client is unhappy with a service especially suffering an accidental cut, you don’t accuse your client of coming into your business already injured. You instead should provide an apology and some kind of resolution for your manicurist mistake. Poor communication skills , couldn’t even give me the decency to look at me when asking for pricing. Was told the pricing of pedicure , After confirming to come back in 10 mins I was told she never said that and continued to act inconsiderate and rude. Mind you this was my FIRST impression of them. NEVER will I give me business.
