I wanted to update my original review because Lumi Beauty Bar truly stood behind their work. After my initial lash lift, I was disappointed with how quickly the results faded. I reached out, and Samantha, the owner, responded promptly, was incredibly kind, and immediately offered to make things right. I really wanted to love my experience at Lumi Lash Bar because the lash artist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and very informative throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the process. Unfortunately, my lash lift only held for a couple of days before my lashes started falling back to normal, which was disappointing considering the cost of the service, and i made sure to get the recommended oil and follow aftercare carefully.
