Got botched Botox and haven't been back.
They promise you would facial. The video online shows a $249 facial for $79 for 1st visit. The video shows steaming deep cleaning a mask, all kinds of facial stuff for $79 and when you get there, they tell you there’s only a handheld red light therapy for 45 minutes that they do and then you can buy the equipment online. A total scam. Don’t believe them. Very disappointing. False advertising and they should be checked into.
Changing my 5 star to a 1 star. Was a loyal patient for 4 years and found out the entire staff quit (loved the staff members) because of their checks bouncing and the owners husband was in prison previously for money laundering. SKETCH.
Be Aware of LUMERA I thought I had found a decent business yet a tastefully designed place after reading most of its reviews on Google. It's understandable that a few negative reviews for all businesses is normal. The front desk concierge crew have been friendly and accommodating. And it's indeed a beautiful place.
