They are terrific. From the attentive front desk that’s great at getting you scheduled to the beautiful aesthetic, beverage service, prompt appointments, beautiful style and knowledgeable medical staff. I’ve been coming here for several years and they are everything I would recommend for women that their doctor may not be educated about. Better care in midlife equals freedom.

I made an appointment with Ashley, this would have been my first appointment at Lumera. They asked for a deposit, fine. I never received anything to sign, nor was I told that my deposit was non-refundable. Ashley left the practice (I can guess why now), they moved my appointment to another injector (which I wonder if they even would have told me if I hadn’t texted and asked), I cancelled with a week’s notice because I chose a specific injector and my appointment was no longer with that person.
