Changing my 5 star to a 1 star. Was a loyal patient for 4 years and found out the entire staff quit (loved the staff members) because of their checks bouncing and the owners husband was in prison previously for money laundering. SKETCH.
Be Aware of LUMERA I thought I had found a decent business yet a tastefully designed place after reading most of its reviews on Google. It's understandable that a few negative reviews for all businesses is normal. The front desk concierge crew have been friendly and accommodating. And it's indeed a beautiful place. They are terrific. From the attentive front desk that’s great at getting you scheduled to the beautiful aesthetic, beverage service, prompt appointments, beautiful style and knowledgeable medical staff. I’ve been coming here for several years and they are everything I would recommend for women that their doctor may not be educated about. Better care in midlife equals freedom.
