Every time I have spoken with Gustavo, he has been very responsive and friendly. He is also quick to return my call if need be. He was also helped a number of times with some, thankfully less-serious problems (like the lock on my gate). He was unfailingly polite and arrived when he said he would. When I had to stay home for a few days because my kids were sick, the management even took time to check in on me to make sure I was doing ok.
