Jen is the absolute best when it comes to keeping your skin flawless. She always knows exactly what you need and has a wide knowledge and experience with the different lasers and facial procedures she offers!

Jen and her team at Lumena have replaced my costly trips to the Upper East Side. I am in love with this place. The staff provides thoughtful, personalized treatments. They think deeply about their customers and are innovating around products and treatments. I also love that Jen believes that expensive doesn't always mean better, as she recommended a $32 copper peptide serum from The Ordinary that saved my skin. Absolutely A+++
