Lumen is simply the best! The space itself is calm and inviting. I have been seeing Erin for almost two years, and she has been my biggest cheerleader through tough life transitions. She guides with unwavering support and is always listening with an unbiased open ear. Erin has made my first therapy experience so positive and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
Erin has been a lifesaver. She has helped me work through extreme trauma and continues to guide me to healing. She is kind, supportive, and nurturing. When I have difficult days, she is there for me. I am so grateful beyond words that I came across Lumen Wellness and Counseling. I don't think I could get through what I am going through without the help of Erin. BTW, the offices are beautiful and welcoming. You cannot go wrong with reaching out to Lumen.
I visit Sandy Diver, and she has helped me transform my life. She listens attentively, and has supported and encouraged me on my healing journey. She was the energy and force I needed to make some drastic changes in my life. She is a strong woman who has created a welcoming environment, empowering other women to live a purpose-filled life!
This office is simply amazing! Erin is a wonderful therapist, who is kind, compassionate and always insightful and thought provoking. Sandy is equally fantastic and has been so helpful. They each have their own style that can help anyone. I am so thankful I found Erin and will continue to work with her, as she is so very supportive. The massage therapist is also wonderful! The office is bright, cheerful and they even have the best snacks!
I would not recommend going here for help postpartum. Looking back it was a big mistake. Not only is it extremely expensive, the help you receive is very surface level. The kind of advice you can get when you google “ how to feel better postpartum”. I came here for coping mechanisms and actual professional modalities. Not to be told to listen to music and journal.
