There needs to be an option for ZERO stars for these RUDE people. When I went in for service, I asked when I made the appointment last week for an estimate with my insurance. I went in 1/21, got Xrays and asked again. How much? Was thrown out figures for everything individually while I sat in the chair. I told them again I needed a full estimate to plan this. Lumen smiles is good, however this review is SPECIFICALLY ABOUT Dr.Mohr , he was a complete jerk, beyond nasty, beyond rude, upon arrival my son was in pain, due to braces applied not ANYTHING ELSE..I was trying to get him some help, whatever to possibly assist, free hearing and watching him gossiping, I ask are you coming to look at my son, he said ohhh that’s Dr Bernie patient,who wasn’t present and walked away, he came back and again said that’s someone else’s patient , then stated there’s nothing he could do, I explained... read more
