Debbie was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me. I would expect them to be professional, but unfortunately that was not the experience.

Billing dept is terrible. Was overcharged due to billing errors, Cant seem to get them to bill in Dr.s name and not the practice name. Also the wait was too long.
I like the place and doctor. But, they schedule you for test for time you have and give you reminder card and you get there for that time and they tell you that your appointment is for like 1-2 hour later. And then you have to wait or reschedule. So that's the only bad thing about that office.
