Very bad place to live. Cars are constantly getting broken into. Neighbors fight over parking spots. Wake up every morning to neighbors fighting. Worse place to live. Very ghetto lo live. Mold inside apartment. Shooting like once a week.
I moved in apt 8-A bck in 2002 and if it wasn’t for my Mother passing away in 2007. I’d still be living in that same apartment. At the time Pam Rogers was in charge of Housing Authority. I’m in Rock Hill SC now, 13 years, should there be an opening for Lumberwood Apts please let me know I’m looking to relocate. I truly missed living there. I used to catch the bus to Robeson Community College.
Neighbors are so nice a really peaceful place
