Very disappointed wasted my time, I was excited hoping to make a deal.Drove an hour had to leave early due to having another place I needed to be at , the gentleman and I agreed he was going to call me and let me know my options since the pulled my credit and we where waiting on the bank applications that was being handled by the GM I gave them a call since I was expecting it I called around six 5 hours later. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. They do not honor the free car wash that was promised when I purchased this vehicle. Service department employees were not very pleasant.
Bought a brand new 26 CRV trail sport with my mom. Nathanael and the rest of the crew treated us like family and made our experience very easy. He made sure to get us something we were comfortable with and fit exactly what we were looking for and at a good price.
I truly cannot put into words how much the kindness of this team means to me. The transmission of my Chevy Equinox went out at the very beginning of a holiday weekend. I walked into the service department in tears with my 1 year old over 2 hours from home at closing and having no idea what to do.
