Went to dealership for service work. No one came to vehicle, which is normal. Only 1 employee inside so went inside. April, only employee was on her cell with personal call. She looked at me twice and kept talking on phone. I stood and waited until finished and then she asked why I was there and told her service. She called for "T" in back and she came to help. Came here looking to purchase a sedan was told a pickup was a better option in case I ever needed to transport cotton.

They ran over me in my brand new car. They asked for a test drive and I said yes then they proceeded to go 90 mph over my brittle body.
I would give negative stars if I could. Paid for diagnostics and went to pick up the vehicle only to find out the exhaust system had been stolen. Honda stated that it wasn't their responsibility to let us know the vehicle sounded like it was missing the exhaust. Not only was the service manager extremely rude but the general manager Kent said he was absolutely not going to do anything about it.
