Recently my husband and I tried to buy a new front door from lumberjack . We always try to shop locally especially since my son was employed there while he was in high school. Once we finally got someone to come to the house to measure ( I already had door picked out) we were told he would go back to office and get us a final price and recommend an installer. I love the Marysville store and the people who work there. Steve goes above and beyond to meet needs.
I go to the New Baltimore store and Lee,Harvey and the crew always take care of me and my guys !!!
I have given the Marysville store several chances to redeem themselves. The customer service has always been poor. I usually only go there if I know I won't need assistance. Today I tried to return something that I bought and was spoken to as if I were an idiot. I told them if something was ineligible for return then we should be notified that when it is purchased. I will never shop there again. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to Lowes or Home Depot where I know I will be treated with respect. Even if I have an issue.
I shop at the newbaltimore location I love the home town feeling! My house was built in 1985 so whenever I need something they often still have it ps. Great popcorn too !!!
