Very bad customer service. Lowes or Home Depot are better. I picked up my flooring and the employees offered no assistance. Another employee just wanted to shut the door. I will not purchase from this store again.

Staff friendly and helpful prices were the best in town
LL Flooring in Gastonia was wonderful to work with and they had exactly what I was looking for with our remodel! We chose laminate LVP and love it! I’ve had so many compliments! The sales people are so good to work with and are so helpful! They had my flooring in stock so that made it so easy!
