We ordered 2,200.4 from this company at the Milwaukee location and they told us the time garage door had it. When we went to pick it up from the tiger store they clean let me wear a different company now and refused to give us the floor. We then had to pay $400 more for the floor and when we went back to Milwaukie they refused to give us a refund. This is clearly a scam to get extra money for their bankruptcy issues. They took care of us immediately, gave us multiple options, had it in stock. Very polite and professional.
We have ordered thousands and thousands from this store. At this point is avoid entirely. The delivery truck will magically not show up even after they tell you the tracking shows it's coming Thursday etc. Service is poor and the floor lock system has gotten worse.
I've been a customer with the company for a few years now. Normally I go to the Albany store due to the fact they do what they say their going to do. Also have always returned my calls. I purchased some flooring in the Milwaukee store. The product was on display in the store. Only after I purchased it I was told that it was discontinued but they had 9 boxes of it.
