LL Lumber of Riverdale was contracted to put new flooring in my mom’s home. Our interaction with the manager, Michelle Bellone, was very good. She was very polite, professional, and friendly. I feel bad for her behalf having to write such a negative review. Our dissatisfaction comes from the installer that they subcontracted to (Chris from Apocalypse Flooring). We got the usual “they will be out between 8-4” and it will only take two days. On the first day, they arrived around 10:30, left at 3:00 after having a long lunch. T... read more

We have spent thousands of dollars at this location to replace all the flooring in our home. Including shipping from an out of state location because they were out of the kind we needed. It was not a cheap purchase, we get half way done with our last room and realize the rest of the flooring is completely damaged. We requested an additional 5 boxes to replace those. They said we would be responsible for $500 for new shipping to send them again. I’m trying to talk to the agent (Jada) about it, I’m frustrated but still being c... read more
