If I could give zero stars I would. Only purchased 5 boxes of flooring, was told by the sales associate to go get loaded. Guy on loader said we had to wait, he was loading a Lumber Liquidators delivery truck. We asked if we could just grab our 5 boxes, as I need to get to work across town; again, told no, wait. Very poor customer service. The only positive was the sales associate, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Never returning, and while sitting here considering going back in and getting a refund. Great customer service. Needed a small piece of flooring to fix a whole in my floor and the associate found a piece for me at “no charge.” Their competitor (Lowe’s)wouldn’t even discuss how my need might be satisfied. Any future flooring needs, I’ll be going to Lumber Liquidators!!!
I paid for my floors in May and now it's the middle of October and they still have not fixed my stairs. DO NOT buy LVP flooring from them if you have stairs, they have no clue how to install it properly. This company is a complete joke.
