As you will see when sifting through ratings, LL has terrible customer service. They smile on the buy and lie on any return. Nothing but a runaround, promise resolutions and never deliver. Do not buy from them!

The company Lumber Liquidators used to install my flooring broke my oven door and didn't tell me. Instead, they used flooring adhesive to glue it together thinking I wouldn't notice. I noticed it that night when I preheated it to make food for my family. The adhesive melted and the fumes gave us headaches. RecommendedI had stopped at the showroom and picked a nice, but out of my budget tile. The day after the mandatory lockdown, I called and spoke with Paul and told him what I was looking for and if he could help a little with pricing, that way he makes a sale and I was a happy customer. Well, Paul overdelivered! He was able to work his numbers to fit my budget, and even got the tile 4 days earlier than initially promised. Great customer service and quality products.

Nope. The install at my sister in laws condo just month was nothing short of a hack job with flooring and a horrible job with the Shoe Molding unless it was a tight inside corner then they just skipped it. I wish I could attach the photos. but will try to share the pics on the This site. They thought a woman wouldn't notice, but her brother who painted the shoe molding did. Totally unacceptable. pure laziness
