RecommendedI had stopped at the showroom and picked a nice, but out of my budget tile. The day after the mandatory lockdown, I called and spoke with Paul and told him what I was looking for and if he could help a little with pricing, that way he makes a sale and I was a happy customer. Well, Paul overdelivered! He was able to work his numbers to fit my budget, and even got the tile 4 days earlier than initially promised. Great customer service and quality products.
Today is Thursday, I went into Lumber liquidators on Sunday and picked out flooring. I was told the flooring was in the warehouse, Okay, I will be back tomorrow to pay for it and pick it up,, Oops .. on Monday we were told it was in Tennessee, and that it would be here Wednesday, I called this morning and was told the flooring was in Orlando.
