This review is sort of a silver lining. I originally ordered flooring from the Plano location and it was so completely screwed up that it didn’t even make me angry. All I could do was laugh. You literally could not make up the craziness and dysfunction there. This is where the Mesquite location stepped up and truly shined. I had Very bad experience in Mesquite store in Texas. Victor was responsible for my bad experience. After they loaded my 10 boxes of hardwood I came home. I saw one box had severe damage on the side of the box. It looks like damage was done by their fork lift. I made a phone call and told Victor about the damage . He did not say anything. I told him I am bringing it for an exchange. When I went there next day Melanie was there and I explained to her about the damage.
