We bought flooring in 2019 from this store. We have two defective areas in our flooring now (2025). We have a thirty year warranty. This company has refused to honor the warranty because the previous owners (so I am informed) changed their name from Lumbar Liquidators to LL Flooring in 2024, and filed bankruptcy. The company was purchased and is now called Lumbar Liquidators again.🤔. If I could rate this company no stars, I would. We spent almost $26,000 in this store.
