I had Very bad experience in Mesquite store in Texas. Victor was responsible for my bad experience. After they loaded my 10 boxes of hardwood I came home. I saw one box had severe damage on the side of the box. It looks like damage was done by their fork lift. I made a phone call and told Victor about the damage . He did not say anything.
