Just wanted to update on my experience here. The manager is absolutely wonderful and did not mind me asking about a million and one questions. He was patient with me and was also very knowledgeable. Would 100% purchase from them again.
I've been buying flooring from them for well over fifteen years (well before the name change). They keep a history of your purchases(no worries if you forget a flooring name). Lauren worked with me this time, when I tell you this young lady is patient, she is exceptional. I wasn't sure how I would like the flooring, it's beautiful, as usual. The contractor said it was easy to install. The selection of reds could have been better.
