As soon as I walked in the door, Joe politely asked if there was anything he could do to help me, but was not overly intrusive. Our journey started with a pleasant conversation with Joseph, followed up by a store visit. Thanks to his professionalism we had our kitchen floor picked out and ordered in under 45 minutes. The materials arrived right on schedule and the installation a week later. The install was great, with excellent fit and finish. They even refunded the unopened materials we ordered (just in case).
