Salesperson Joseph Davis was very accommodating and very easy to work with, the installation process was very precise and professional. The floor is gorgeous!

Cardman was awful for customer service today. Went in to return two boxes of hardwood flooring. Explained we needed a basket or something to bring in the hardwood. Instead of offering help to bring in the boxes from the front of the store he kept asking for my phone number for the order. The wood should have been brought in first. Terrible experience with him. Should be spoken to by management. Very disappointed
