Extremely disappointed! The flooring sample I saw in the Lumber Liquidators store looked beautiful and consistent in color, but the actual product I received had major color variation. It looks messy and nothing like what I originally chose. Even worse, they don’t allow full returns—even though the product doesn’t match the sample—and only offer a 75% refund. As soon as I walked in the door, Joe politely asked if there was anything he could do to help me, but was not overly intrusive. He was able to answer every question I had and also make recommendations. Joe shared his personal knowledge about some of the products I was looking at to help me make a better informed decision.
