Joseph was fanatic to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly. And the great price on the flooring was a bonus!
Cardman was awful for customer service today. Went in to return two boxes of hardwood flooring. Explained we needed a basket or something to bring in the hardwood. Instead of offering help to bring in the boxes from the front of the store he kept asking for my phone number for the order. The wood should have been brought in first. Terrible experience with him. Should be spoken to by management. Very disappointed
Joseph helped us through the process of replacing our flooring. He was very knowledgeable and offered us super helpful suggestions throughout the process. Very professional and over all just a really nice person to work with. Will definitely contact him again with any future flooring needs!!
Had the best experience here. I was looking at floors for my mom’s house. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Joe was such a huge help. I will be back
