Horrible experience. Placed order said it would be in next Wednesday. Thursday called and was told oh you missed the order cutoff time, it will be here next Wednesday. Next Thursday rolls around with no call, call the store was then informed need to sign the paper that were emailed ( never received an email) oh it can be in your junk I asked the manager to send sure enough on the phone with it it came through to my regular mailbox. Employees not doing their job right. Upset now that I have to wait another week , manager says... read more

I had a very good experience with purchasing material and installation. Everyone that was involved with my purchase at Whitehall was very patient and professional. The installers were also wonderful. They went above and beyond with installing my floor.
