We had a very unfavorable experience with Lumber Liquidators (LL) in Whitehall, PA, customer care. Our contractor suggested a pre-finished floor that would nicely coordinate/compliment our existing Bruce pre-finished floors that were no longer available. After looking at the large in-store sample, we agreed with his recommendation and proceeded accordingly. Do not buy from lumber liquidators,shorted my order I paid in cash for ,took 3weeks to get the rest .made me buy again then sent check for refund that I still haven’t received.SCAM buisiness
To get the flooring I needed for my project within the time frame necessary, I had to order from the Whitehall Pa location- David was very helpful in this process including being patient with my phone calls to check on the process-thanks, David!!!! Jane Parker
