We had a very unfavorable experience with Lumber Liquidators (LL) in Whitehall, PA, customer care. Our contractor suggested a pre-finished floor that would nicely coordinate/compliment our existing Bruce pre-finished floors that were no longer available. After looking at the large in-store sample, we agreed with his recommendation and proceeded accordingly.
