Flooring was installed without removing the factory defective boards (flaws in the flooring). 4 opened boxes and 2 opened boxes remain so the installers could have found the right boards to use. Multiple conversations with LLC flooring and the RW Flooring installation company. The reps from the installation company on two inspections have agree there were issues. But no followup by anyone. Excellent assistance friendly and knowledgeable!
Our floors look great, better than expected. The people at the store and the person who installed the floor were all very nice to work with. My only gripe is the contracted delivery people were supposed to call and schedule the delivery ahead of time, instead they called without notice and told us they were on the way to deliver, which meant my husband had to leave work early to be there to accept the delivery. They also got lost and we had to tell them turn by turn how to get to our house over the phone. We live inside city... read more
