I had an amazing experience! Brandon helped me pick out the perfect floor to match my existing hardwood. It was affordable, good quality and came in earlier than expected. 10/10
Update 2 We ended up paying the original quoted amount, numerous change orders for work they messed up, and a handyman to fix some of their mistakes. Now, we’ve received the attached "Notice of Intent" to file a lien from a subcontractor that Lumber Liquidators did not pay—even though we paid for everything. We now have to hire an attorney on top of all the other expenses. Update 1 Attached are some pictures of the floor damage, their poor attempts to fix it, and other work they performed. The store and its employees were friendly, but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. The actual installation work was subcontracted , who in turn sub contracted it to someone else and that’s when the problems began. The quote we signed and paid for upfront turned out to be just an estimate. We ended up paying over $4,000 more than the original quote. The subcontractors refused to disconnect the toilets and sinks, even though we had paid for that service and showed them receipts. Once the work began, the ... read more
Great staff, Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful! The prices are impossible to beat!
Brandon was very helpful in assisting us with a home gym project in our basement. Brandon steered us to a vinyl flooring option (Minnesota Maple) because of moisture issues which we came to learn are common to basement applications. He was professional in navigating us throughout the project from purchase through final installation. We couldn't be more satisfied with the final result!
