Terrible experience. They are no longer a functioning company that provides value to its customers. Expect charges for canceling an order, returning an order, and months long delays on one piece of trim so they won’t ship the whole order. Don’t go there, trust me, I have a pro account a did a lot of shopping at LL flooring. Or maybe they are just fraudulent with the firm name? Not sure but stay away!!
