Gar was working the day I went in, and he made my experience a very positive one. He asked questions to understand what types of products interested me and then was able to direct me to several options I might like and help me to compare them. The flooring was nice and seems like it's high quality but the installers they contract with are a different story. During the install in the summer of 2022, the installers rescheduled the start of the project several times, we're late nearly every day and they didn't order enough product to complete the job. I had to personally run to the store to buy more spacers for tile, more thin set, and more self leveling cement.
