Our order was supposed to arrive over two weeks ago, and it is still not at this Eugene location. Evidently they've had a fork truck problem at the Eugene store, making unloading impossible. That's understandable. Things break. But this is a large chain. Solve the issue. Rent a fork truck. Figure something out. Fulfill your commitment to your customers.
