The flooring was nice and seems like it's high quality but the installers they contract with are a different story. During the install in the summer of 2022, the installers rescheduled the start of the project several times, we're late nearly every day and they didn't order enough product to complete the job. I had to personally run to the store to buy more spacers for tile, more thin set, and more self leveling cement. What a great experience. Eric and Gar were excellent to work with. Had a good time. Enjoyed working with these two and was able to get a much better quality product than I could afford anywhere else. I would recommend them highly.
They were great! Very helpful and had the flooring we needed. Samantha stayed to assist us even know it was her lunch break and didn’t rush us, helping us find what we need, load up and was very kind! We’re thankful for her patience and time.
I was a little lost when I went to look at floorings, not knowing what would be best for my house. Sam at the W. 11th location helped me and pointed me in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable and sweet to work with. Made my experience very delightful! Thank you!!!
