I’ve worked with Shawn H in the past with my previous flooring, and he continues to impress me every time I use LL Flooring. Lumber Liquidators truly has a gem in him, and I hope they know it! He is knowledgeable, resourceful, able to answer or solve almost anything, and has excellent customer service skills. He is also a tremendous asset to the brand. I continue to use him even when the home isn’t located in Vero Beach because he is simply that good!
I went in to lumbar liquidators and purchase stair treads and risers on 3/10 a week later I called to follow up and was told they have the risers but the original tread shape that I ordered and paid in full for was not available. I then agreed to have them order the treads they had I was told it would be 7-10 days before it was shipped. I followed up once that time had passed and they still had not received any information. Sean was very informative and patient.
We did check out prices for vinyl flooring here. They had a nice collection to choose from, but in doing comparison shopping we found Lowe's had a nice choice which was discontinued and was substantially cheaper.
Can't tell you how great this company was! Shawn was great in showing all his inventory and hit the nail right on the head with his choice for us.During our entire experience from sales to delivery and install, it was as smooth as silk. We are so pleased! Gus and a buddy were the best at the installation. Not one hiccup. Fast, clean and professional on all fronts!!! You can not lose using this Vero location for new floors!!!
