We had no clue what we wanted to replace the carpets with, but when we walked in the door, Shawn Herbert was right there to help us. Shawn wasn't pushy or rude. Asked us about what we expected from our new floors, if we had pets, and if we had a color in mind. He took us over to the flooring that would meet our needs. Shawn is a very helpful and a great person to work with.
I’ve worked with Shawn H in the past with my previous flooring, and he continues to impress me every time I use LL Flooring. Lumber Liquidators truly has a gem in him, and I hope they know it! He is knowledgeable, resourceful, able to answer or solve almost anything, and has excellent customer service skills. He is also a tremendous asset to the brand. I continue to use him even when the home isn’t located in Vero Beach because he is simply that good!
I went in to lumbar liquidators and purchase stair treads and risers on 3/10 a week later I called to follow up and was told they have the risers but the original tread shape that I ordered and paid in full for was not available. I then agreed to have them order the treads they had I was told it would be 7-10 days before it was shipped. I followed up once that time had passed and they still had not received any information.
