The staff at the Lumber Liquidators in Ocala are amazing! I didn't buy from them today, because they don't carry the specific tile wedge clips I needed (they don't sell tile anymore), but they helped me figure out the brand of the one I brought in, and where I could get it. They also showed me the tile install tools they still have for sale. Despite knowing I wasn't there to make a purchase, they went above and beyond to help. Katherine and Sean are amazing! They went above and beyond to find the flooring that went perfectly with my cabinetry and even found one within my very tight budget. They were both very professional and knowledgeable of the material and the process of replacing all the floors in our home. The result is AWESOME! This place is a joke. Even on here it says - Lumber Liquidators. They owe me $100 credit but wouldn't allow me to use it because they now call themselves LL Flooring, even though all the employees have a name tag that says Lumber Liquidators. Had to file a claim to get money I already spent, which they would only give me a credit. That, my friends, is a great indicator of a failing business. First time shopping at a LL store. Had a great experience. Bought some very nice vinyl plank flooring on sale for a great price. Sean was the main guy on site. Very polite, friendly, and helpful. He didn't even flinch to help us load the material. Definitely recommend this location if you're in the market for some new flooring.
We we're looking for vinyl flooring went to all the usuals home Depot and Lowe's. Happened to be sitting at home when an Instagram post came on and it was lumber liquidators. Called and the person that answered was Katherine she was so very helpful. After talking to her we left and arrived at the store and she was so very personable and so very helpful and knowledgeable about flooring. The price was a lot less then the big stores. Thanks Katherine for making us feel at home.
