Great service from Katherine Hansen, Greeted us as soon as we enter the store but gave us space to look around and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for when we asked. She checked availability on what we liked and did not try to up sell anything to us. She was personable and professional. Enjoyed buying from her, we will be back to this location if we need anymore flooring in future projects.
