Great service from Katherine Hansen, Greeted us as soon as we enter the store but gave us space to look around and pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for when we asked. She checked availability on what we liked and did not try to up sell anything to us. She was personable and professional. Enjoyed buying from her, we will be back to this location if we need anymore flooring in future projects.
Katherine was fantastic to work with. She really knows her stuff and made picking out new flooring way easier than I expected. She was patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. I’d definitely recommend talking to Katherine if you’re shopping for flooring.
Jon and Justin did a great job. Hard working. It was so hot outside and they didn't complain at all when I picked up.
