Michelle at the Sarasota store was amazing. She handled two other customers as well as us all by yourself with grace and efficiency. She helped us uncover a fabulous deal on a discounted engineered Hardwood floor That we are so happy with and then she helped us find more of that flooring in other places. We couldn't have been more happy with a representative of any flooring store. I think she deserves a huge Christmas bonus!
Came to store to compare prices. Ended up purchasing from here because Michelle was so great. She explained the products, the pricing, and the steps to getting the floor done. She coordinated the measuring, the delivery, and the installation which was completed in about 2 weeks. All workers were very professional and on-time. Michelle and the others were in constant communication so there were no surprises. Thanks for such great service!
I was desperate to find a couple of boxes of my flooring that was discontinued over a year ago. Michelle took the time and had the expertise to track those boxes down for me. She was very knowledgeable about product and even knew the discontinued flooring I was talking about. She was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, followed up.

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked for I was supposed to be doing sales but they are to damn cheep to hire a warehouse person so want us to do warehouse work and sales and they have the audacity to only pay 1% commission, which is the absolute most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Not to mention, I worked there for two weeks and barely 10 customers walked into the place. No wonder why they filed for bankruptcy and went out of business.
