I was happy with lumber liquidator until I went to return the extra trim I'd bought. Prior to my return, I only had a packing list. When I tried to return the extra trim, a receipt was printed, stating no returns. I bought extra trim with the intention of returning the extra. I have nowhere else to use tjis trim. The salesperson told me to sell it on market place. BUYER BEWARE!
I Visited this location several times. Michelle McDaniel has been incredibly helpful in my process of selecting a floor for our new home. She’s educated me on the different types of wood and their longevity and also moisture guard and pads for items that I would like to use on our home. I strongly recommend her and her wealth of knowledge to anyone who is considering new flooring of any type. Thank you, Michelle!
