Terrible service, SLOW, high priced. Very unappreciative of their customers.... over $160 to sharpen two blades and put on a $45 deck belt.
Terrible customer service, SLOW, high priced. They don't appreciate the customer,, took 31 days to sharpen two blades and put on a deck belt then had the nerve to charge over $160 for it!!!
I have been doing business with lumax for a few years now and I love the family feeling when I walk in the door. They know your name. They have always done whatever it takes to make me happy. Have recommended them to many friends and all have been extremely satisfied. Ask for ralph there.
The people at Lumax Power went out of thier way to find my parts, and get my mower up and running. I was very impressed with thier knowledge and desire to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received.
