Lumar rescued our bathroom remodel after our first contractor did a shoddy job and left things half way done before going out of business. Luis and his team did excellent work, on schedule, and on budget. Luis was always very responsive and contacted me immediately whenever a decision was needed on something. The team was also very respectful of the rest of our house, making sure to put drop clothes over carpet and cleaning up after themselves every day.

Lumar Builders were charged with my bathroom renovations. The design was done by a separate project management company, and the original contractors they had lined up didn't work out before the project started; fortunately Lumar Builders were available to step in. From start to finish, communication was clear and Luis always made sure to communicate the project schedule.
