I don't know what I have done without Luma during my pregnancy. I have made so many amazing connections with other women, and gained so much insight from the instructors and clients.
My 2 week new student deal ended today and I must say I'm in love with this studio. My partner, 2 teenage boys, and I will all be joining. The teachers were all incredibly kind and willing to help us newbies. The MELT classes have been awesome for pain and injury. My partner hurt his back last weekend and after just one Melt class the pain disappeared.
