Very good service. They treat you like family.
Great option for freight forwarding for business. I have worked with them for over 20 years, never had an issue with them. They are very organized, notify in time about every package received. If you are importing to Central America, I totally recommend working with Luma, you are always in touch with owners which makes you trust them. Also they make the import/export process very smooth.
