We are so grateful to live on this property. Going on our 2nd year. From management to maintenance. One of the key things for us the cleanliness of the buildings and amenities and mail room by the one and only Yuderki Viamonte. She’s an absolute sweetheart and does her job very well. Luma is blessed to have her on their team
Terrible with the noise, you can hear EVERYTHING, and the administration does not do anything when complaining about the excessive noise. The parking is like a race track, many times, I almost got hit by other residents, with my kids in the car, or when walking in the parking lot. Some residents don't understand that they are driving at a parking complex not a high way. What worries the most is that there are kids and pets around, and they seemed not to care.

Amazing community and an even better staff! Special shoutout to Yuderki who is always super friendly and welcoming with a smile. She is truly a gem of a person and an amazing employee! She is always going above and beyond!
