So far, we've had a really great experience living at Luma. One thing I personally appreciate is how often I see the maintenance team around the community throughout the day. You can tell they put in the extra effort to keep the property clean, maintained, and up to standards. I really appreciate everything they do. This is a very well managed property, lately they have made some nice upgrades like to the exterior paint and the pool area. They keep the community nice clean and the maintenance response quickly.
I had a smooth and professional experience with my move in and everything associated. Any small requests were quickly taken care of by maintenance (Dominic is fantastic and communicative) and the office staff were very accommodating. Prior to my move in, I requested to look at the model unit one more time for my floor plan so I can take measurements and make sure my furniture fit.
