I used to live at this place, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. Renewals are significantly more expensive than their current advertised rates, which it is unfair to residents. Also be aware silverfish problem, and management team cares more about their social media videos... It is funny how they describe silverfish problem is a common problem... maybe at their home
