By far my favorite gym I’ve been to!! I’ve been working out for decades, and I was skeptical of the group-fitness / bootcamp format, and now I can’t imagine anything else!! The classes are designed for both beginner and advanced training which welcomes a wide demographic. The strength classes are also targeted and excellent.
